The New York State Department of Transportation announced that bridge maintenance work on Interstate 81 southbound between exit 2 (Kirkwood) and the Pennsylvania state line will continue through May 16th.
Motorists will encounter alternation lane closures within the work zone.
Work daily will begin at approximately 8 a.m. Daily end times may vary.
The work will commence at 7 a.m. each day.
This will be a moving operation with alternating lane closures in both the eastbound and westbound lanes.
Work should be completed by 2 p.m. each day, weather dependent.
