Propositions- There were 3 proposition questions on the ballot in the state of New York on Election Night.

Question 1 was a proposition for there to be the state’s first constitutional convention in 50 years. The proposal was rejected.

In question 2, voters were asked about an amendment that would authorize judges to strip the pensions of any official convicted of corruption. That amendment passed.

And Question 3 was about the use of forest preserve land. The proposal would clear the way for some projects on state lands deemed ‘forever wild.’That result is too close to call.
