The Johnson City School District has announced that, starting this year, ALL high school students will be able to get a free breakfast. In years prior, students had to qualify for free breakfasts based on household income. The change comes after the federal government continues to provide increased incentives for allowing more students to receive free meals.
Students will still need to qualify for free breakfasts in the district’s other schools. Students in all Johnson City Schools, including the high school still need to qualify for free lunch.
