A Johnson City man was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree, after a domestic dispute. According to authorities, 32-year-old Darryl B. Lynch of Johnson City allegedly grabbed his live-in girlfriend by the hair, pulled her around, and threatened to kill her. This was done in violation of an order of protection out of the Village of Endicott Court. Lynch was arraigned in the Village Court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
