A Johnson City woman is facing charges of second-degree burglary after a dispute the Town of Union early Saturday morning. As Broome County Sheriff’s deputies were on their way to the dispute call, an uninvolved neighbor called to report a home burglary. Upon their arrival at the scene, deputies identified 20-year-old Taylor Roche as matching the description of the burglar that was called in. She was positively identified by eye witnesses. Several items had been stolen from the home including a purse, credit cards, and an iPod. Roche was arraigned and sent to the Broome County jail. No charges were filed for the initial dispute.
