The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant Friday morning at an apartment on Farr Ave in Johnson City. As a result of the search warrant, a loaded sawed-off shotgun, a loaded .38 caliber revolver and a .22 caliber revolver were recovered. Additionally, investigators located approximately 12.6 grams of crack cocaine, 2.5 grams of Fentanyl and Suboxone sublingual strips, and more than $2,100.00 in suspected drug sale proceeds. As a result of the search warrant the following individuals were charged:
Seirra L Pearson:
1. Criminal Possession of a Firearm in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.01-b, a Class E Felony (3 counts)
Rachel Taborn:
1. Criminal Possession of a Firearm in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.01-b, a Class E Felony (3 counts)
2. Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.02 subdivision 1, a Class D Felony (3 counts)
3. Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.03 subdivision 3, a Class C Felony (2 counts)
4. Criminal Possession of a Firearm in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.01-b, a Class E Felony (3 counts)
5. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree in violation of NYS Penal Law section 220.03, a Class A Misdemeanor.

4. Criminal Possession of a Firearm in violation of NYS Penal Law section 265.01-b, a Class E Felony (3 counts)
5. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree in violation of NYS Penal Law section 220.16 subdivision 1, a Class B Felony (2 Counts)
6. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree in violation of NYS Penal Law section 220.09 subdivision 1, a Class C Felony.
7. Tampering with Physical Evidence in violation of NYS Penal Law section 215.40, a Class E Felony
