A Johnson City man has been charged with assault after attacking another man with a pool cue. 46-year-old Scott Robbins is being charged with felony second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He had to be restrained by a man uninvolved in the incident before police arrived at the scene. He was arraigned in village court and sent to the Broome County Jail.
