Thursday morning a woman was dropping off the belongings of her ex-boyfriend on Harry L Drive in Johnson City. The ex-boyfriend entered her car uninvited; and when told to get out, he broke the car mirror, stole her keys, cell phone, and slapped her in the face. After retrieving her keys, she was followed to a Dunkin Donuts on Reynolds Road where a good Samaritan called Johnson City Police. 23-year-old Brandon Shugars was arrested and charged with felony Grand Larceny and Harassment. He was arraigned at the Broome County Public Safety Building and released.
