Suspect Indicted in Easter Sunday Homicide

29-year-old Corey Robinson has been indicted by a Broome County Grand Jury for the Easter Sunday murder of Erika Smith at a residence on Crocker Avenue in Johnson City. Robinson was charged with second degree murder. Smith was not the intended victim. Robinson fled to Georgia following the crime and was arrested on April 5th. He was just recently extradited from Georgia. Robinson has entered a not guilty plea.
