The Victory Building in Johnson City is slated to be redeveloped into 228 affordable senior apartments. The former Endicott-Johnson building has been owned by Broome County since 2015. Yesterday, the County announced that 59 Lester Empire LLC will redevelop the property. In addition to the apartments, the developers plan commercial space on the first floor. The factory building was originally opened in 1921.
