Vestal Police were called to the Tractor Supply on the Parkway on Sunday after a large dog attacked and killed a much smaller dog during a walk-in veterinary clinic.
According to News Channel 34, an elderly man had his giant mastiff dog on a leash but could not control it.
The large dog reportedly attacked a small dog that was also waiting in line at the vet clinic.
The case was referred to the Vestal Dog Control Officer who will decide whether the Mastiff’s owner will face any criminal charges, and whether the dog will face any consequences.
