A Lisle man is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child following a disturbance in Tioga County. 27-year-old Corey Mangan was arrested by State Police out of Owego after he allegedly grabbed the face of a victim who was holding a child during a dispute in the Town of Berkshire.
He was arraigned in Owego Town Court and released without bail, but an order of protection was issued for the victim.
