Members of the Binghamton Police Department will be joining other local Law Enforcement Officers in the Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run. The Torch Run will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30 at Binghamton University. It will wind through campus then down Plaza Drive before ending at Tully’s Restaurant. Members of Law enforcement will be carrying the Special Olympics Torch and running with some Special Olympic Athletes.
This is part of the long tradition of Law Enforcement’s partnership with the Special Olympics and Law Enforcement helping to raise money for this worthy organization.
