A Maine father and two sons are arrested after allegedly chasing youths and running them off the road before beating them up. According to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, around 1:15 Saturday morning, three youths in a gray Saturn were doing “doughnuts” and driving recklessly on Route 38B. 43-year-old Joseph Kocian, 20-year-old Mason Kocian, and 18-year-old Adam Kocian, all of Maine, were somehow threatened by their behavior and decided to chase them in their Ford pick-up truck on back roads through the towns of Union and Maine. The sheriff’s office says the Kocians chased the Saturn for about 20 minutes before Joseph rammed the Saturn off the road and into a ditch on Commercial Drive. After the accident, authorities say the Kocians broke out the windows of the Saturn and repeatedly punched the driver and passengers. One of the victims required medical treatment for injuries to his face. The Kocians were arrested and will be in Town of Maine Court later this month.
