Man Charged in last Week’s Gas Station Robbery

Police have arrested a man in connection with the robbery which occurred at a Mirabito gas station in Windsor last Week. 24-year-old Ruslan Opatskyy of Binghamton was arrested on Saturday for the robbery of a Kwik Fill gas station in Port Crane on Saturday. It was upon further investigation that authorities say Opatskyy was also behind the Windsor gas station robbery as well.
