One person was killed in a shooting in Binghamton over the weekend.
Police responded to a business on Chenango Street at around 4:30 am on Saturday for a report of shots fired.
Officers found several witnesses and evidence at the scene. One male victim was taken to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.
According to WBNG-TV, the victim passed away from his injuries later that day. The identity of the victim has not been released.
Binghamton Police are now investigating the homicide and is asking for anyone with information to call 607-772-7080.
