Nicholas A. May today was sentenced Friday to 15-years-to life, for sexual assault against an 11-year old child.

130.96 Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, a Class A-II Felony; and
130.80 Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child, in the second degree, a Class D Felony.
At trial, prosecutors proved, between the summer of 2015, and October of 2017, May engaged in sexual conduct with a victim less than eleven years old.
“Another dangerous sexual predator has been removed from Broome County,” said District Attorney Steve Cornwell. “We will continue our focus on fighting for victims of these unfathomable crimes.”
May was arrested in October 2017 by New York State Police and indicted by a Grand Jury in January 2018.
