A new housing development in the Town of Union may create affordable housing for those affected by flooding. The complex will be located off of Glendale Drive and will include 50 townhomes with one, two, or three bedrooms. Anyone can apply for the housing, but Union officials have been working with the developer to set up the housing which could assist flood victims. Construction of the complex could begin by next summer.
