Old Dominion Freight Line, a leading national freight company, is set to purchase a 20-acre site in the Broome Corporate Park to construct a state-of-the-art cross-dock logistics facility.
The site, which has remained vacant since the park’s establishment in 1984, will soon see new development that supports economic growth and job creation in the region.
Old Dominion Freight Line plans to build a 32,000 to 35,000 square-foot cross-dock facility on the land.
This development is expected to create approximately 50 new jobs, further contributing to the economic vitality of Broome County and the Town of Conklin.
