A pedestrian was killed in a car accident in the Town of Dickinson on Monday evening.
According to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at the intersection of Front Street and Bevier Street at around 9:30 p.m.
The incident shut down the roadway from Front Street, north of Prospect Steet to the traffic circle at the Front Street I-81 North on ramp for several hours.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
