A Pennsylvania man was arrested Wednesday morning for felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property following a traffic stop on Route 81 in Barker. A state trooper monitoring traffic observed 41-year-old Leif Adkins of Fulton, PA commit several traffic violations. After the stop was initiated, the trooper learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Adkins was also issued several traffic tickets. He was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Barker and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
