The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for southern Broome County in central New York, northern Chemung County in central New York, Tioga County in central New York, eastern Bradford County in northeast ennsylvania, Lackawanna County in northeast Pennsylvania, Luzerne County in northeast Pennsylvania, Susquehanna County in northeast Pennsylvania, and Wyoming County in northeast Pennsylvania until 930 PM EDT.
* At 825 PM EDT… National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing destructive winds in excess of 80 mph. These storms were located along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Millport to Breesport to Barton to Nichols to Le Raysville to South Branch to 11 miles south of New Albany to Fairmount Springs to Rock Glen… and moving east at 35 mph.
