The son of the late former 14-term New York State Senator Tom Libous has announced a run for Broome County Clerk.
Nick Libous has announced he will run to replace retiring county clerk Joe Mihalko.
Libous currently runs his family’s cell tower construction company. He previously ran an unsuccessful campaign for New York State Assembly.
Former Binghamton Mayor Rich David is expected to announce a run for county clerk next week.
