Three individuals have been arrested on gang assault charges. 48-year-old Emily Baleno, 50-year-old Marie Newkirk of Port Crane, and 41-year-old Bridgette Bensley of Endicott were all arrested after they allegedly assaulted a 59-year-old woman who had just exited a local business in the Town of Union. According to authorities, the victim was shoved to the ground, and hit and kicked in the head multiple times, causing serious physical injury and extensive dental damage. All three of the suspects were all arraigned and released to appear in court at a later date.
