A toddler was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Chenango County this week.
According to WBNG-TV, police responded to State Highway 26 in Otselic at around 1 p.m. on Wednesday for a report of a vehicle striking a 2-year-old child.
The child was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office said there are currently no charges pending from the accident, but the investigation is ongoing.
