A Town of Union woman has been arrested after police say she allowed her 12-year-old daughter to drive her car. The girl crashed the car in a parking lot, injuring herself and two other juveniles. The accident took place Friday evening in the parking lot of the old Heritage Country Club in the town of Union. Deputies say 37-year-old Michelle Hill allowed her daughter to drive her car, and that’s when the 12-year-old lost control, struck an embankment, and rolled the car twice. All three juveniles were slightly injured and taken to Wilson Hospital. Lynn was standing in the parking lot when the accident took place. She told police that she had been showing the children the safety features on the car before the accident happened. Lynn’s been charged with three counts of reckless endangerment in the first degree, a class D felony. She was arraigned in the Town of Union Court.
