Felony charges have been filed against two people following the theft of a vehicle reported July 11th in the town of Union. State police arrested 52-year-old Thomas Gemberling of Newark Valley. He was charged with felony counts of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. He was also charged with criminal impersonation and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Also arrested was 36-year-old Joel Lane of Endicott. He was charged with drug possession and criminal possession of stolen property
