New charges have been filed against three people recently arrested by state police for felony burglary. Broome County deputies have now filed charges against 20-year-
old Devin Warren and 21-year-old Dillon Kniffen, both of Roosevelt Avenue in Endicott, and a 17-year-old boy from Binghamton. They were all charged with felony grand larceny involving a firearm. Deputies allege they stole a hunter’s rifle from a vehicle in the Town of Union. It allegedly happened on Friday. After a brief foot chase, two of them were apprehended. The third subject was located later that day. The firearm, a CVA Wolf 50 caliber muzzle loader, was recovered.
