Three Charged with Felony Burglary for Taking Hunter’s Rifle

New charges have been filed against three people recently arrested by state police for felony burglary. Broome County deputies have now filed charges against 20-year-
old Devin Warren and 21-year-old Dillon Kniffen, both of Roosevelt Avenue in Endicott, and a 17-year-old boy from Binghamton. They were all charged with felony grand larceny involving a firearm. Deputies allege they stole a hunter’s rifle from a vehicle in the Town of Union. It allegedly happened on Friday. After a brief foot chase, two of them were apprehended. The third subject was located later that day. The firearm, a CVA Wolf 50 caliber muzzle loader, was recovered.
