A West Corners man was found guilty on all four counts in connection with an attempted murder trial in Broome County Court today. 35-year-old Paul Warner was found guilty of attempting to murder 50-year-old Timothy Mancini during a confrontation in West Corners last September. Warner shot the man and his dog with a pellet gun. Prosecutors said Warner and Mancini had bad blood between them after Mancini was voted out of a motorcycle club. Warner will be sentenced later this year. The attempted murder charge carries a penalty of up to 25 years in state prison.
