Vestal police reported late Wednesday that the AMBER Alert has been cancelled for Charles McGlynn, 87, who had been reported earlier in the day as a missing vulnerable adult who may be in need of medical attention.

McGlynn was last seen on Hazel Drive, Vestal, Broome County, at 3:00 p.m. Christmas, Dec. 25.
He is believed to be driving a 2009 gray Honda Civic with New York registration ANW-2161. McGlynn was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jacket and blue jeans. He is 6’1″ tall, weighs 150 lbs., white hair, blue eyes, wears glasses and has a white moustache.
According to Vestal police, the family said McGlynn has been showing signs lately of dementia.
