Two people were arrested during a search warrant conducted after a narcotics investigation.
The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and the Vestal Police Department arrested 34-year-old Tiawanna Willard, and 35-year-old Devon Johnson, both from the Town of Chenango. Troopers and Vestal Police found crack cocaine, Ecstasy, and $9,200 in the apartment. Both were arraigned in the Town of Chenango Court and are being held in the Broome County Jail without bail. Johnson was also turned over to New York State Parole Officers on an active Parole Warrant.
