A victim in a hit-and-run incident in Binghamton on April 9 has died from their injuries.
According to the Binghamton Police Department, the victim was 45-year-old Virgil Chastine.
He was struck by a vehicle on the corner of Court and Water Streets, just outside of Boscov’s.
The suspect is a 17-year-old from Johnson City. He is facing a felony count of leaving the scene of an accident that caused injury resulting in death.
