Upstate Shredding President and CEO Adam Weitsman has announced the sale of the former Davis College Campus.
Weitsman has sold the campus to Dave Drew of Riverside Gardens, LLC for $4.5 million. Weitsman bought the property in 2020 for $3.2 million.
Drew plans to turn the former college campus into Riverside Gardens, which will feature 75 apartments, a restaurant, gym and a post office.
Weitsman plans to stay on as a partner in the project with under a 10 percent investment.
