The Arctic League of Chemung County has selected the tree for its 2024 Christmas broadcast, which is set for Sunday.
The 12-foot Norway Spruce came from the Brockway Tree Farm in Van Etten.
The annual Arctic League Christmas Broadcast is the non-profit’s only fundraiser of the year. The money raised goes towards making sure no child in Chemung County goes without gifts on Christmas.
This year’s broadcast will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. from Mandeville Hall inside the Clemens Center and can be heard on 94 Rock and WELM.
