A Bath man is facing charges after he allegedly broke into a home and sexually assaulted a woman earlier this month.
According to the New York State Police, 48-year-old Loren R. Hil was arrested on Wednesday, June 18 and charged with burglary in the second degree, sexually motivated, which is a Class C felony.
He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, forcible touching, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal mischief.
An order of protection was also ordered in the case.
