The bicyclist who was seriously hurt in a crash on Friday night in Horseheads has died from his injuries.
The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim as 67-year-old Horseheads resident Marvin Stuart.
Stuart was wearing a reflective coat and riding in the bike lane, but was not wearing a helmet.
Police said Stuart turned in front of a car without warning, which cause the accident.
No charges have been filed against the driver who hit Stuart.
