A Big Flats man has been indicted for possessing child sex abuse materials.
According to WETM-TV, 36-year-old Justin Lane has been charged with four counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, a Class D felony, and four counts of possessing a sexual performance of a child, a Class E felony.
The indictment says Lane knowingly had child sex abuse material in his possession last year.
