A car accident that occurred last Saturday damaged the gates at Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira.
According to WETM-TV, the accident happened at around 1 p.m. on April 13. A car crashed into the closed iron gates of the cemetery, which is located on Davis Street in Elmira.
No one was injured in the accident. The gates will be repaired by a local ironworker in the near future.
