A two-vehicle crash involving a car and a garbage truck shut down Watkins Road in Veteran on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Millport Fire Department, the accident occurred at around 1:48 p.m. on Watkins Road near Smith Road.
Watkins Road was shut down in both directions while crews cleared the scene.
The fire department said the crash resulted in some injuries, but did not provide any further information.
