A Gillett woman has been charged with driving while intoxicated with a child in the car.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old Lorraine M. Gates was arrested on Wednesday following a traffic stop in the Town of Southport.
Gates has been charged with a Class E felony. She was processed and given an appearance ticket to return to court at a later date.
