A Waverly man was arrested in Chemung County last week as a fugitive from justice out of Bradford County.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 41-year-old Marcus J. Campbell was wanted out of Pennsylvania after failing to appear on a charge of identity theft.
On Friday, Sept. 13, Campbell was arrested in the City of Elmira and remanded to the Chemung County Jail on separate charges.
Campbell was arraigned as a fugitive from justice and is awaiting extradition back to Bradford County.
