A construction project at the Elmira Corning Regional Airport continues on schedule, according to the airport’s Director of Aviation Bill Hopper. Reconstruction of the taxiway to the main runway is almost completed with the terminal renovation project expected to start sometime next month. Hopper was a guest this week on the WEBO Morning Show. The airport is applying for a grant to expand its air service to a new destination. The full interview is posted on the WEBO website.
