The 13th annual Ferrario Elmira Jazz Festival will return to Thorne Street Park this weekend.
The event will be held on Saturday with gates opening at 11 a.m. and performances set to begin at noon.
This year’s festival will feature music by Top Shelf, Marcus Johnson, Ben Tankard and Rebecca Jade.
