A 33-year-old Elmira man is facing charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl.
According to Elmira Police, Kyle Tice was allegedly in the car with a 16-year-old girl who was reported missing. The victim told police that Tice was abusing her.
The suspect is accused of making child pornography and distributing it online through a social media account.
Tice has been charged with one count of use of a child in a sexual performance, which is a felony.
