An Elmira man was arrested last week as a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania.
According to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Jason W. Drake was arrested on Thursday on an unrelated warrant.
Drake was initially brought to the Chemung County Jail after his arrest and it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant for burglary out of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
Drake was held in the Chemung County Jail as he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.
