An Elmira man has been indicted for the murder of a 21-year-old man back in June.
According to WETM-TV, Marcus A. Jones-Snyder has been charged with murder in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
Jones-Snyder is accused of shooting 21-year-old Zachary VanHorn in the chest, causing his death, on June 20th.
