An Elmira man has been indicted on multiple rape and child porn charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old and posting videos online.
According to WENY-TV, 33-year-old Kyle Tice was indicted on 27 counts of rape, 19 counts of use of a child in a sexual performance and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Tice was arrested in February after he was found in a car with a 16-year-old girl who was reported missing. The victim told police officers that he was abusing her.
Tice pleaded not guilty and was remanded to the Chemung County Jail on $150,000 bail.
