An early Wednesday morning fire on Washington Avenue in Elmira was apparently a meth lab.
Crews found several items used to manufacture methamphetamine when they were at the scene. Four people were injured in the fire, and all were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The Elmira Police Department is still investigating.
