PATRICIA L. HILL, 51, of Perine Street, Elmira, was arrested Friday, June 21 at 8:50 p.m. and charged by Chemung County sheriff’s deputies with driving drunk with her three children in her vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle traveling south on Broadway in the area of Broadway School for a speeding violation. HILL was operating the vehicle with three children, ages eleven, four and one years old as passengers. She was found to be nearly twice the legal limit of alcohol.
HILL was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a child, a Class E Felony. HILL was arraigned and remanded to the Chemung County jail in lieu of bail. HILL is facing additional charges of three (3) counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
