A Georgia man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a person in Schuyler County.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old Antik Patel of Warner Robbins, Georgia, allegedly restrained the victim and subjected them to sexual contact without consent.
Patel has been charged with second degree unlawful imprisonment, a Class A misdemeanor and third-degree sexual abuse, a Class B misdemeanor.
